This was the approach that Pantelis took, dedicating his new shop in the historical center of Limassol to pizza made with slow dough and topped with imaginative, gourmet flavor combinations that even include caviar.

This pizza stands out thanks to its thin, light, crunchy dough that is reminiscent of true Italian tradition. The Modern Kitchen, as the venue is called, offers such classic options as margherita pizza with pastourma, sieftalia, and chorizo sausage. The menu also includes a wide range of cold cuts and vegetarian options, and the ultimately unique caviar and shallot pizza.
