The closest beach to Limassol’s historic center is now a coast that creates a perfect balance between green, blue and the ‘gold’ of the sand. It is a relatively small beach, quiet and safe for all ages, and considered to be one of the cleanest along the city’s coastline.

Peninsula Beach is the artificial beach at the Limassol Marina. It was created in 2015, upgrading an area that until then, was deemed unsafe for people to visit. The relatively shallow waters, which, after continuous testing have proven to be of excellent quality and cleanliness,  as well as the comfortable seating areas and the nearby parking facilities,  make this a convenient option for anyone, and for families in particular.

The Marina Beach Bar, a modern venue with an island feel, is open from early morning, offering chilled drinks, light meals and excellent options for lunch or dinner.

The cozy seating area, as well as the relaxing sunbeds on the grass, just a few steps from the water, complement a setting that guarantees ultimate relaxation.
