An impressive development in a 14,000 sq. m. land with a sea view, stood out with a 5-star award in the category of Residential Developments at the the European Property Awards 2017-2018 in London. Opera is a majestic and complex development by Askanis Developments, as the seaside area in Yermasoyia.
The project stood out both thanks to its design and its construction features, among 200 nominees from all over Europe. This distinction showcases the high level of the construction sector in Limassol, projecting the property on the city internationally. The award for Opera by Askanis automatically nominates the project for the International Property Awards.
The development includes 47 residential units in total, among which there are luxurious apartments, villas and maisonettes. All of the exterior walls are covered with resistant materials (such as marble or granite), while each residence has its own unique design and decorations. The most impressive feature of the the development is the central swimming pool with its large island (suitable for swimming), which is connected with the rest of the area through bridges. The water is a dominant element in the development, with little ponds and streams around the residences, which make it look as if it is floating on the water.
