In the Agios Silas community in Ypsonas, there is a beautiful park surrounded by olive trees that was radically renewed in 2020 to create a safe and pleasant recreational area for all.

The park was equipped with modern play areas that are divided into 2 spaces, one for children aged 0 – 6 and for ages 6 – 12. The entire park is fenced to provide even greater security.

A covered area with benches was created for parents visiting the park with their children, and there is also space for events.

The park was named after Saint Silas, to whom the adjacent monastery ruins are dedicated.
