The new luxurious resort that is being built at the eastern Limassol seafront aims to enrich the culinary delights that the city has to offer, presenting interesting and original options for dining and drinks.
Parklane will be opening in the mid March 2018 with 7 restaurants and 4 bars, which will be covering a wide range of flavors, from authentic Cypriot cuisine, to Mediterranean and Italian dishes, fish and seafood, as well as northern options, with fine meats and exquisite options among local and imported wines.
Among these new venues, the ones by or even above the pool water, attract particular interest.
1. Islands Fish & Seafood
Mediterranean f=cuisine with fish and seafood on Mediterranean islands – “tables” are featured at the restaurant that floats over the pool’s water. Guests in this open-air restaurant, surrounded by trees and shrubs, will be dining on the private dining area of each islet, named after a Mediterranean island.
2. Il Teatro
Located by the main swimming pool, this is an al fresco restaurant and bar where guests can savor the unique cuisine of southern Italy. An open kitchen features a built-in pizza oven, and the wine list includes vintages from Italy and Cyprus, as well as afternoon gelato with fresh fruit, and dinner.
3. 3B Eats & Drinks
Near the sea-water pool, the 3B Eats & Drinks snack bar will be serving refreshing drinks and cocktails, with or without alcohol, as well as light meals and snacks.
4. BDL Food & Wine Show
The hotel’s all-day dining room will have a buffet serving breakfast, a carvery lunch, and themed dinners, while also introducing a bountiful display of home-prepared products, along with a wide selection of wines kept in temperature-controlled cabinets.
