PHOTOS: An horizontal development with gardens and special design is coming to Limassol

A different development has been designed for the area Potamos Yermasoyias, aiming to provide a luxurious residential option, in a unique environment. Eden Roc is a block of residences with a special design, which becomes an alternative choice, combining elements of the urban and natural environment.

Eden Roc is designed by one of London’s leading architects, in a location just a few just 500 meters from sandy beach. In a land surrounded by gardens with fountains and pool, this project seems to aim indeed to create a private Eden, with all the modern amenities. That’s why, apart from the gardens around the construction, there is also a plan for green areas at each one of the spacious balconies of the apartments.

Reminiscent of a superyacht, the superstructure of each block gently terraces down from its highest point with balconies on all sides. Wide horizontal bands form continuous balustrades that wrap around the blocks of each of the 8 levels, emphasizing the horizontal nature of the development, which stretches to over 300 linear meters in length. The projects includes 68 units of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom apartments. With some of them being as large as 631 square meters, the apartments could serve as a possible alternative to a villa close to the tourist area, since some of them come with private gardens, too. As for the penthouses, apart from the amazing view, they will also enjoy access to private pools.
