The impressive, new 5 star hotel erected in the coastal area of Agios Tychonas, east of Limassol, is gearing up to open its doors to the public in May 2019. The Amara Hotel is the latest addition to the Stademos Hotels Group, and the company’s first 5 star hotel in Limassol.
The Amara takes its name from the Greek word ‘Amarantos,’ which means ‘everlasting and eternal,’ embodying the hotel’s aim to offer its guests experiences that will remain with them forever as wonderful memories. The luxury resort features 207 rooms, including suites and bungalows, adding a significant number of accommodation options to the Limassol tourism industry.
An eclectic selection of bars and restaurants complements the services offered by the hotel. It will feature 4 restaurants, among which are the world-famous Asian restaurant Matsuhisa, the Italian restaurant Ristorante Locatelli, and Armyra, helmed by renowned chef Giorgos Papaioanou. The hotel will also offer the option of a rooftop bar, boasting magnificent sea views. Additionally, guests will have access to modern spa facilities, swimming pools and a gym, as well as a children’s play area.
