A special kitchen has recently opened its doors in Limassol, whipping up daily alchemies in order to prove to its visitors that the most delicious treats do not necessarily need to be ‘sinful.’
This is a space where the sweets are sugar free, yet irresistible, and all the dishes prepared are 100% vegan and gluten free. All the recipes are hand prepared daily by Ioulietta and Tatiana, who were inspired to create Alchemy Concept Clean Eating Bar in order to offer a vast range of sweet and savory dishes that help nourish and possibly protect the body.
For many people, fast food has been identified with greasy and unhealthy meals, but these two women have helped forged a new path. And seeing the rate at which their truffles and cakes, and sandwiches and juices (which they bottle themselves) are gobbled up proves that theirs is a well-known secret across Limassol.
