A special arrival at the Limassol Old Port has helped enrich the services provided in one of the city’s most highly frequented locations. The uniquely designed space, which represents a well-known international brand, strikes a balance between modern and classic elegance.

Century 21 arrived on the island in February 2019, choosing Limassol as the headquarters of its Greece and Cyprus franchise. One of the world’s largest real estate companies, the company was established in the US in 1971, and has since expanded to 81 countries with 8,800 stores worldwide.

The growth seen in the real estate sector in Limassol over the last few years has attracted a top international brand to the city, one that has gained worldwide recognition. The first Century 21 shop opened its doors on the seafront, in the Agios Tychonas area, but the privileged location of the Old Port led to the creation of a second shop.
