In the historical center of Limassol, on the corner of Kitiou Kyprianou and Athinon, a new little shop opened its doors, honoring loukoumades.
The owner, a chef by profession, created his own unique mixture after a great deal of experimentation. His loukoumades are simmered slowly, without absorbing oil, and remain fluffy on this inside and crispy on the outside.
The unique flavor of these loukoumades is complemented by special accompaniments. From the classic chocolate praline, white chocolate and an assortment of nuts, to delicious fillings of citrusy cream and jams.
