The absolute wellness and fitness festival is coming to offer you a day full of energy, exercise and fun at the lady's mile beach.

Several fitness programs such as aerobic, Zumba, Pilates, as well as fitness competitions will be held at the festival. The festival will end with a great beach party.

All proceeds from the festival will be given to PASYKAF
