Hiking on the Artemis Trail, in the enchanting surroundings of Troodos, will give you the opportunity to enjoy a refreshing excursion to nature, as well as access to some of the most spectacular views of Cyprus.
The trail begins right after the Troodos square, it has a distance of 7 km, is circular and mostly flat, and is classified easy to moderate for difficulty. So, wear your best sports outfit, and prepare for a 3-hour hike that will provide you with energy and wellness.
Make sure you carry water along with you some water, a hat and, if needed, a hiking baton.
For those who desire, after the hike lunch at a near tavern will follow.
The meeting point for driving to Troodos from Limassol, set to be Jumbo (former Orphanides), at 9.30 am.
Entry fee: €2 (all proceeds will be given for purchasing food for the children of St Cecilia Redemption Centre in Kenya).
