North of Dierona village, in the mountainous Limassol, on the bank of Amathos river, an old, stone bridge with a double arch is built, that stands next to the ruins of the old flour mill.

The bridge was a frequent passage of the locals of the area during the past century, as it allowed them to cross the riverbed and pass towards the mill, where they would ground the wheat.

As the mill is no longer in operation, human presence has become quite rare now, even though the area still has wonderful views for its visitors to enjoy, especially after the winter rainfall, when the water abundantly flows in Amathos.
