Cedar Oasis: This is the new 16-storey tower in Limassol

A new major development is emerging in the heart of Limassol. A 16-storey tower, perhaps the only building of this size in the area, is to be constructed on Makarios Avenue, on the site of the historic Tritoftidis clinic.

The building has been designed by GMH2 Architects and the first 2 construction phases, representing an approximate area of 6000 sq.m., have been undertaken by Chapo Group. The plans for the tower have been approved with 2 underground parking levels , 1 retail ground floor with shops and outdoor areas, 6 floors of offices, and 8 floors of luxury apartments. In addition to its 77 private car parking spaces the building will also provide a public car park comprising 20 spaces at the ground floor level and 39 in the upper basement.

The tower falls under the category of commercial developments. The permits have been granted under the incentive plan to create public use parking spaces, but also the incentive plan for the recovery of development activity.
