The last days of the year in Kyperounta village are particularly special, since, starring the youngest members of the community, it organizes some of the most beautiful events hosted in the city and district of Limassol. In the center of events Christmas village, both residents and expatriates Kyperounta, spend these festive days with music, mulled wine, food, dancing, visits from Santa Claus, gifts and lots of love.

Although snow fell early this year in the village and it did freeze everything, not only did not limit good vibes, but it rather maximized them. So those who participated in the events were able to welcome 2017 in the best manner. Despite the bitter cold, dozens of people celebrated at the Christmas village on 30/12, while Santa spent New Year's Eve going around and visiting people’s homes, delivering gifts to the children one by one.

The organizers of events themselves, most of them young, members of the youth center of Kyperounta, set the tone in this wonderful time. Imagination, creativity and the close bonds between them - a motivating force for any of their actions - are reflected in the mannequin challenge video they prepared, following the latest trends in social media.
