On the mountain areas of Limassol, the true, snowy, Christmas village awaits for him to take his place, in a spot which has been one of the most beautiful picture in winter Cyprus lately.
In the square of Kyperounta village, which has found its own unique way to celebrate the New Year, the Christmas village comes alive for good. Young and old are invited by Santa Claus to celebrate in his company the last hours of 2016 in an idyllic landscape. From early in the afternoon, before sunlight completely goes away, people will gather in the square to celebrate with beautiful activities.

At the Christmas village, on 30/12, Santa takes pictures with the kids in Kyperounta, offers some delicious treats, sings carols and the whole place becomes a big, joyful party. The event is filled with warmth and love by the famous Cypriot hospitality of the countryside and the evening is topped off with magnificent fireworks lighting up the winter sky just before the arrival of the new year.
