The commencing of the month March brought along the unofficial termination of Winter, establishing the start of the most hopeful season of the year, Spring.
With the nature celebrating from one edge of the city to the other, a magical combination of colours has flooded the foothills, the prairies and the fields in all the city and province of Limassol. From one side the bloomed almond trees and from other side the yellow hills with the mischievous flowers of the seasons, ‘Simillouthkia’ (Mustard) making their appearance for one more year, wherever you turn your sight, you will become a witness of a colourful fragrant sight.
The once dry branches of the trees have stemmed while the green colour has the absolute domination, covering the nakedness of the prairies. With the water of the waterfalls running more ticklish than ever, there is no doubt that the freezing winter days are in the past, giving their turn to the sunny spring landscape.
