January 2017 finds The Oval shortly before its final version, which will be delivered to the buyers, having sold almost the entire property housed therein.

The tallest commercial building in Cyprus has 35 luxury offices, 16 floors and a height of nearly 75 meters, located merely 100 meters from the sea. The image and the special architectural design makes it stand out in the region. The picture from above, presenting it in a phase quite close to its final image, is representative of the outlook that the area will have from now.

In August 2016, the construction had an image quite different both from the final one, as well as the image of The Oval’s building today.
