A major new development is being planned at the Limassol seafront, in the spirit of large scale construction projects implemented these past few years. It is going to be a cluster of skyscrapers, designed to be built into a block on the 28^th October Avenue, within the Limassol municipal boundaries.

A project with impressive specifications, following the trend of tall buildings with the use of various properties, the new development is still in the procedure of final studies and the proposal submission for approval by the relevant government departments. Its characteristics have not been finalized, since they are all subject to the approval of final licenses. At this stage, according to some sources, the proposal numbers 3 skyscrapers.

The project will be able to proceed after securing all necessary permits. As the process of securing the relevant license is in a very primary stage, the completion of the project is placed in a horizon of approximately 7 years. The flagship development, upon its implementation, will come as an addition to the image formed by other major projects at the of Limassol seafront, such as ONE, the tallest seafront building of Europe, the Oval, and the twin towers of the Olympic Residence.
