The First casino in Cyprus, City of Dreams Mediterranean, based in Zakaki, Limassol has now been officially presented. The investments of €550 million, which is expected to be complete in 2021, is revealed through the impressive images and numbers that testify the unique proportions of this venture and the new facts that will soon be in effect in this area.
More than 500 5-star rooms, 11 restaurants and bars, a retails area of 1200 square meters, in a land resembling the old town of Nicosia, a 1500-seat amphitheater, conference center of 9600 square meters, approximately 7,500 square meters of gaming area with about 140 tables and 1,200 gaming machines, a 1500-square-meters convention space, a 1500-square-meter multi-purpose function space and a 3000- square-meter Expo Center. This is what consists this impressive new project.
The City of Dreams Mediterranean, implemented by the joint venture of Melco Resorts & Entertainment and the Cyprus Phassouri (Zakaki) Limited (member of CNS Group), is expected to drastically change the scenery in the western Limassol. This investment will create more than 4000 new vacancies, while it will attract an additional 300,000 tourists annually.
