Just 3 years after the foundation of the Cyprus Historic & Classic Motor Club, the interest for touring races with classic cars has reached to a point, where innovation is a must. Within this spectrum, the Club organizes the first car race in Cyprus, in which those who are the fastest are losers, just as much the ones who are the slowest.

This is the very first time that a Classic Car Regularity Championship is taking place in Cyprus. The classic car championship will consist of 4 regularity events which the Club organizes annually and which will count towards the championship. These regularity events will be 1-day or 2-day tours and may include driving tests sessions. Within these races, the drivers will have to follow a specific route and meet specific spots on a measured time. Thus, they will collect points according to the minimum declination from the time set.

Thus, in a race where the faster is not the winner, the drivers can enjoy the landscape while racing, the do not need to fit in to special health requirements and they produce minimum to none disturbance to the regular traffic in the streets. All classic cars must be over 25 years old to be eligible to participate. All the proceeds from the Championship will be donated to charitable institutions and organizations.

The Championship Calendar it is as follows:
1.Spring Regularity Challenge 2017, One day competition on 9th of April 2017
2.International Regularity Challenge 2017, Two days competition on the 24th and 25th of June 2017
3.Theotokos Regularity Challenge 2017, One day competition on 15th of October 2017
4.Christmas Regularity Challenge 2017, One day competition on 10th of December 2017
