Limassol graffiti artists take over the businesses in the city (and beyond)!

There was a time - back then, when we were still going to school - that paintings with spray on the walls was a sign that some people from the "fringe" had attempted to reverse order and normality. Then, some team of workers with buckets of white paint would be hastily assigned to cover the colored drawings.

In this time, however, when Bansky is considered one of the greatest artists of our era, those "people from the fringe" are now called graffiti artists, they have their own studio, present exhibitions and undertake the decoration of several areas with their works. The group of 2C Design Box was created in Limassol on the occasion of this very change. The members of the team, along with many other of their colleagues, are leading actors in the Street Life Festival, which is held annually in the city and has resulted to a wonderful, colorful neighborhood in the center.

Beyond the walls of the old city and those at their studio, Limassol's graffiti artists now undertake the decoration of the walls in the companies’ facilities, too. Apart from a different and fresh point of view, giving a field of action and creative space to young people, this development confirms that uneasy spirits and open minds coexist in Limassol, they accept the new and they make good use of it through very interesting options.

Among the companies that host today works of 2C Design Box team is Armeftis & Associates architectural office, the shipping company Hellenic Cargo Freight Logistics, Fasouri Waterpark, as well as gyms, kindergartens and other shops both in Limassol and in other cities of Cyprus.
