The apartments of “The Signature Collection” by Limassol Del Mar was announced by the joint venture of D. Zavos – Leptos Estates. These are the apartments found on the second building of the development, up at 27 meters high.

The apartments that consist this luxurious “collections” will have 2 – 5 bedrooms, with high quality standards and advantageous views to the sea. The architecture of the construction is what makes this building stand out, since its inclination towards the south allows all of its balconies to enjoy the feeling of leaning over the sea, with uninterrupted view to the blues.

The sales are up to 95% of the number of apartments for the first phase of the construction. Thus, the "The Signature Collection", located on the second building of the Del Mar complex, will be launched in the market, while the interest for the project is very high. In fact, the heads of the joint venture, Pantelis Leptos and Michalis Zavos, were hosted at the internationally known “Gulf News”, referring to the advantages of the project and the opportunities provided in Limassol for investors from around the world.
