Great changes are expected during this great sports event by the Limassol Municipality. With message “Sports with substance, without substances”, the 18th event of the institution of “Lemesia” will host events from May until December.
The event, until last year, would last a few weeks, but now it moves into a whole new dimension. The beginning of the top sports event will take place for the first time this year on May 7th with the kanoe kayak race for children under 12 years old at the sea area in front of the Limassol Nautical Club.
It is worth mentioning the within the event several sports activities will take place, concerning athletes, but also people f of all age groups, willing to participate. During the course of events, a Cyprus wide Photography Competition will be running, themed “Lemesia 2017”, in collaboration with the Cyprus Photography Club, Limassol department.
The events will continue on 20/5 with mini football, on 21/5 with swimming and on 27/5 with the charity relay race from the University Square, RUN 4 ALL.
