In its 17th year, this emblematic sports institution, directly connected with the Limassol’s image, returns in the city. Lemesia, one of the most important sports events in Cyprus, are being organized every October, year after year, in Limassol. This year the institution is growing, with events beginning on the 8th and ending on the 23rd of October, covering a large variety of activities.
Even though the 23rd is marked as the official end of the institution, this year’s program also includes international Fudokan Karate-Do competition for young men and adults, on the 5th and 6th of November, at Agias Filaxeos Lyceum.
It is worth mentioning that this year the legendary Greek basketball player, Panayiotis Giannakis, will honor Lemesia with his presence and he will be awarded by the Limassol Municipality for his vast contribution in sports.
