With sports and the well-being as motivation, the Dro.Me.A. Racing organizes a distinctive sports event with routes crossing the natural trails in Troodos, as well as the highest point of Cyprus, allowing the runners to experience the unique feeling of stepping on the highest point and to run over the clouds!

The goal of the event is to raise the public awareness, in order to gain a more ecological consciousness through sports, with the sports, the physical exercise and the well-being as motivation. The start and the finish point are set at the Troodos Square on 11th of June. In particular, the event includes the first Mountain Marathon “Garmin Cyprus Troodos Marathon – 2017”, the eighth “Ice Power Troodos Green Race 2017 - 15 km “,” Nutribakes Pine Tree 5km Charity Run” and the 600m play for children.

Only persons aged 18 and more are eligible to participate in the mountain races (marathon and 15 km) due to the degree of difficulty and to the special characteristics of the ground. All proceeds from the 5 km race will be given to the charity organization Funraising.
