The property market for the past few months follows an upward trend across Cyprus, with Limassol leading the way ahead. According to the Association of Large Development Projects, lately there is a large investment and buying interest for 9 major projects under construction, 6 of which are based in Limassol.
Monthly data about the number of sales documents submitted during the past few months, keep Limassol steady in the first place.
