NASA’s International Space Apps Challenge calls once again for all the digital technology geniuses at the CUT. The world’s largest global hackathon returns for the fifth year and invites professionals and students to work on innovative ideas, making use of NASA’s products and data.
On the same days, thousands of people from 561 organizations will work locally with digital tools, creating innovative suggestions on technology, aeronautics, space station, solar system, Earth and Journey to Mars. The CUT becomes part of this global event and provides the opportunity for beginners or veterans, experts, scientists, students, designers or even artists to present a paradigm-shifting idea that will alter our perceptions of the world.
The 561 local centers operating on April 29th and 30th within the International Space Apps Challenge, will be coordinated with the bases at the USA, where seminars and workshops with NASSA experts will be taking place. The goal is for ideas to emerge through this unprecedented international collaboration between government agencies, organizations, and academic institutions, and leverage NASA data and products to design solutions to scientific and environmental challenges.
