Aristo Developers is about to launch its next large development in Limassol district. THis will be a mixed development with villas, a hotel and golf facilities, just 15 kilometers west to Limassol, over the hills close to Paramali and Sotira villages.

According to the Sales and Marketing Director of Aristo Developers, Andronicos Antoniou, Eagle Pine Golf Resort will adopt modern design lines, including a golf terrain with 18 holes and a Club house, as well as cafes and restaurants, which will host both visitors and residents of the resort.

This project will be the next integrated resort in Cyprus, including 800 different types of property. Out of these, 676 will be villas and 180 – 200 will be flats of 2 and 3 bedrooms. The development will also include a modern boutique hotel of just 80 beds, aiming to enrich the products in the tourist industry of that area and attract new investors.
