Games with the snow and the view of the white carpet from the window of a warm room by the fireplace is without doubt very enjoyable. But walking the distance of several kilometers in the frozen forest itself, is an experience completely different. There, with every step you make, you can discover a world that is pure, authentic and enchanting.

Troodos mountain has a number of trails in the nature, suitable for hiking and exploration. During the summer and spring months they host many lovers of the natural environment and sports, but also those looking for coolness in the shade of the forest. In fact, on Troodos peak, 2 such circular trails that pass from the ski resort, Artemis and Atalanta, surround the mountain. In the winter - especially after the first snow - the visitors of these routes are significantly reduced.

Cyprus from Air team, organizing trips in the nature quite frequently, was recently found in the snowy trails of Troodos. Hiking in a distance of over 18 km the group enjoyed rare images and feelings. Their experience in this environment would be difficult for one to describe in words. So, they made sure that the group’s photographers would to capture with their cameras everything they experienced, while managing this great challenge of walking through the snow.
