Where to go and what to do in Limassol: Wind to the sails towards a long weekend!

The long weekend of Kataklysmos, starts from early on. Upon the arrival of June, both the city and the district move to a whole new dimension, the vibe is rising and the range of options widens, to be able to cover every taste for locals and visitors, too.

The ultimate destination for the summer, the official beginning of which happens upon this very weekend, Limassol offers some of the best entertainment options on the island. Beach parties, music with artists from the Greek and international music scene and all kinds of events by the sea are the honorary dates in the city that you won’t stop counting. A Brazilian super star Dj at Guaba and 1 protocol beach party, another 2 beach parties with a view to the sunset, at Moni and Governor’s beach, and a whole 3-day course of events at the Limassol seafront are the trademark of these coming days.

Constantinos Argyros at Breeze Summer, Giorgos Tsalikis at Temple Summer and Lena Papadopoulou at Methismeni Politia are the options for Greek entertainment in the city. The great tribute to the composer Marios Tokas is about to spread some feelings around, while Papaconstantinou – Antonopoulou – Ioannou perform at the Garden theater, a 3-year-long ticket box smashing show. At the same time, the city and the seafront bars have special summer night set, while the Old Port hosts the first Cyprus Art Festival with paintings, sculptures and photography.
