This is the first video of the impressive casino resort in Limassol

More than 500 luxurious rooms, 100-200 gaming tables, 1000-2000 machine games, theme parks, restaurants, convention center and water parks. These services and amenities will be featured at the casino resort, an investment that will exceed half a billion euros, to be built by the joint venture Melco-Hard Rock in Limassol.

A first idea of the impressive building is provided through the recently released video. Through the video representation the public receives a tour to its various luxurious rooms, virtually enjoying something of its majestic feeling.

The project, which will be the first multi-themed casino resort in Europe, will be built in a land area of more than 350 decares, bordering on the east with the My Mall Limassol and on the west with the new Lanitis Group project, Limassol Golf Greens.

The annual revenue for the state is estimated at €450 million. The Government will have revenues of €2,5 million for the first 4 years. On the second term the fee will be increased to €5 million. The annual tax for the casino license will be 15% of gross income from gambling and it will be paid monthly.
