Buyers’ and investors’ interest has been particularly warm for the apartments at Castle Residences on the artificial island designed for the Limassol Marina.
In under 1 month from the official launch of the development both in Cyprus and abroad, there have already been 14 reservations in a total of 61 residences designed in the complex. The only floating residential development with apartments of this kind in the whole of the Mediterranean Sea, seems to be justifying the auspicious predictions of those involved in the project.
Both the location, the surrounding environment, and the uniqueness of the construction were expected to be warmly welcomed from the public. The Castle Residences apartments have turned out to be highly sought out, since the reservations so far rise up at just over €40 million in total value.
