Christina Michael guides you through a special training program for core strengthening and flexibility, in the extremely relaxing area of the golden sands of Limassol Marina.

The 45-minute training program, just before the sunset, with a €5 participation fee for each session, is a good way to help yourself, while helping the new families that are supported by the Preventive Pediatrics Center.
