A new, modern project is set to take the place of the former ‘Arsinoe’ hotel in the Agios Tychonas area in Limassol. It is a new residential project, with recreational areas, surrounded by gardens, aiming to offer high standards of living to its residents.
The Dream Tower project has been designed by PPA Architects in Limassol, a firm that has also worked on other large projects in the area. This 27-floor structure has been designed with double-height Residents’ Gardens, creating a more manageable massing for the high-rise architecture which, along with high-spec stone ventilated façades and timber details, avoids the imposition of a solid concrete mass on the waterfront. Covering a tiny amount of the building site ground, the rest of the development is to be a rich array of soft and hard landscaping, creating luxurious areas for the residents and plentiful greenery in the surrounding areas.
Residents will have access to a lobby area, 24-hour concierge and security service. A business centre, exhibition room for cultural activities, a nursery, as well as indoor and outdoor swimming pool are also included in the project. Besides the garden in the grounds, the development also features a sky terrace and roof gardens.
