The play depicts with unprecedented candour the moral corruption and cynicism of a group of medical students. For these young people, youth itself is a fatal disease and the idea of death by suicide is always present in their minds.
The "Pains of Youth" by Ferdinand Bruckner, is a rare and exquisite play, written in 1926, which is staged for the first time in Cyprus.
The music was written especially for this purpose by Monica and is played live on stage.
The play is inappropriate for children.
