The Rose Festival returns for 2 weekends on May 11^th – 12^th and 18^th – 19^th when roses are in bloom.

The festival follows the entire course of the traditional way of collecting and processing the roses, as well as using its products, from the ancient times until today.

During the festival, visitors have the chance to:
Visit the local workshops and learn all about the distillation of roses.
Visit the rose exhibition and various kiosks that sell traditional products.
Enjoy folk dance and music performances throughout the festival.
Try out food and drinks from kiosks
Take a ride on the community train which will offer walks to young and old.
Visit all the sights of the village that will be open for the public to see.

*On Saturday and Sunday morning at 5:30 groups will be leaving from the village stadium, heading towards the fields to pick roses. You can register by calling 25 521333.
