Learn how to make one of the most famous Cypriot delights, the Cyprus grape jelly, in a 2-day workshop, which will take place in the village of Tris Elies.

In an effort to preserve the gastronomic tradition, the workshop gives you the opportunity to watch for free and participate in the whole process of making the delight, from the grapes harvesting to the final preparation.

With the end of the workshop, you will be able to take with you the portion of the Cyprus grape jelly you have made.
