The architects of the Burj Al Arab in Dubai behind the impressive new project for Limassol

The architects of the iconic tower Burj Al Arab in Dubai are behind the impressive new building designed for Limassol. The Limassol Landmark is a new, mixed-use development, which already from the first images impresses with its size and modern, luxurious design.

The impressive building was designed to serve a variety of uses in an area beyond 55000 square meters. Its design uses elements from the coastal environment, which inspired architects, while aiming to provide view to the sea for all the apartments of the development. Reaching up high, the apartments enjoy open view, while the penthouses are designed with large terraces, offering panoramic view of the city.

Creating an open space at ground floor level, the development offers a square for public use. This space, hosting a variety of shops, restaurants and cafes is basically a spacious shopping center, built in the luxurious environment of the development. The Limassol Landmark was undertook by the architectural firm on behalf of Pafilia Developers Ltd and the development is under consideration.
