This summer, Pocket Theater presents the comedy "School of dames" by Moliere.

A mean man, Arnolfo, tries to prevent the marriage between Oratio and Agnes, in order to have her as his own wife. His tricks eventually turn against him and the happy ending comes for the 2 young people in love. But, before those 2 get happily together forever, Moliere discusses the secondary role of women in their own lives and, of course, in the society.

The play promotes the right to self-determination and personal freedom, which are still in stake in our days.
